The Role
Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityDelivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transactionSupervising and mentoring junior/support staffSupporting marketing, networking and business development activitiesProviding cover for colleagues during absencesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and risk proceduresMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends About you
Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualificationsProven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independentlyConfident using case management systems and digital workflowsStrong written and verbal communication with a client-care focusAmbitious, proactive and keen to develop professionallyCollaborative and supportive team player Why Join This Firm?
