ResuMinder operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting job seekers with employers. Our AI-powered recruitment platform provides:

For Job Seekers:

• Automated job application filling across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, Form.io, and more)
• Job application tracking and management
• Browser extension for seamless integration
• CV management and optimization tools

For Businesses (Recruiters & Employers):

• Candidate Database Access: Searchable database of candidate CVs with AI-powered matching
• AI-powered CV parsing and compatibility scoring
• Ranked candidate lists matched to job requirements
• Candidate recruitment and interview scheduling tools
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) integration

3. User Eligibility

To use ResuMinder, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legally registered business entity authorized to act on behalf of your company (for business subscriptions)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Obligations

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing and Billing

ResuMinder offers various subscription packages with different features and pricing tiers:

• Free Trial: Limited access to basic features
• Paid Subscriptions: Full access based on your selected plan
• Purchase Order Agreements: Custom pricing for enterprise customers
• All prices are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
• Recurring subscriptions are processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

5.3 Refund Policy

If you cancel your subscription:

• Recurring subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your current billing period (no refund for partial periods)
• Purchase Order agreements: Services continue until the end of the prepaid period (no refunds for unused portions unless negotiated)

• You retain ownership of your CV content and personal data
• We process data to provide our two-sided marketplace services
• Automatic Data Sharing: When you upload your CV to ResuMinder, it is automatically made accessible to business subscribers (recruiters and employers) who pay for access to our candidate database
• You grant us a license to use your data for AI matching, parsing, ranking, and sharing with business subscribers
• We implement industry-standard security measures

7. AI Technology and Limitations

7.1 AI Functionality

Our AI technology provides:

• CV-to-job compatibility scoring
• Skill extraction and analysis
• Automated form filling
• Recruitment insights and recommendations

7.2 AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results (including match scores, extracted data, and recommendations) are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You should:

• Review all auto-filled application data before submission
• Verify AI-generated recommendations and match scores
• Use AI insights as guidance, not absolute truth
• Make your own informed hiring and application decisions
• Not rely solely on AI for critical business decisions

7.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in job applications and hiring decisions made based on our platform. ResuMinder is a tool to assist, not replace, your judgment and due diligence. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI results or any hiring decisions made based on them.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots beyond our provided tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or employers
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in ResuMinder (including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content) are owned by ResuMinder Ltd. or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data (CVs, job descriptions, candidate information, and personal data). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this data solely to provide our services.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology or attempt to extract our source code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or hiring outcomes
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
• AI Accuracy: We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI results or any hiring decisions made based on them
• Third-Party Security: We are not responsible for third-party security breaches
• Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party job boards, ATS platforms, or external websites

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResuMinder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your submission of false or misleading information

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Via account settings for self-service subscriptions

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused portions of prepaid agreements

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Pose a security risk to us or other users
