When you upload your CV to ResuMinder, it is automatically made accessible to our business subscribers (recruiters and employers) who use our platform to find candidates. Your CV is automatically parsed and matched against job listings using AI. This data sharing is a core function of our two-sided marketplace model.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers outside of our recruitment platform.

Additionally, if you apply for specific jobs through our platform, your CV and application details are shared with the relevant employers or recruitment agencies.

You control your visibility: You can delete your CV or adjust your privacy settings at any time through your account settings to control business subscriber access.

We work with trusted third-party service providers for:
