Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise in property and housing disputes within a supportive team, handling a varied caseload with scope for further career progression.
The Role
Residential landlord and tenant disputesSection 8 and Section 21 possession proceedingsRent arrears and debt recoveryDrafting pleadings, witness statements and court applicationsAdvising on litigation strategy and negotiating settlementsAttending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate About You
Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQEExperience in property litigation, housing litigation or related dispute resolutionFamiliarity with possession claims and rent arrears recoveryGood knowledge of the Civil Procedure RulesStrong drafting, communication and client care skills Experience acting for landlords, property investors, letting agents or housing providers would be advantageous.
