Our client is a well-established independent law firm in Reading with a leading Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its busy and expanding practice.
This is an opportunity to handle a varied caseload of specialist disputes, develop your technical expertise and work alongside an experienced team leader recognised as a leading individual by the Legal 500.
The Role
You will manage your own cases, with support and supervision on more complex matters, covering:
Inheritance Act claims for claimants and defendantsWill validity challengesExecutor disputes and estate administration claimsRemoval of executor applicationsTrust disputes and Court of Protection matters The work is exclusively contentious probate, allowing you to develop genuine expertise in this specialist area while gaining exposure to complex and interesting disputes.
About You
Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQECivil litigation experience, ideally including contentious probateStrong drafting, analytical and client care skillsKeen to develop your expertise within a specialist disputes team What’s on Offer?
