Commercial Property Fee Earner
An established, multisite law firm in Liverpool city centre is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Property Department.
You will have at least 3 years' recent commercial conveyancing experience and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational, communication and client care skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property mattersProviding quotations and advising clients on costsDrafting and reviewing a range of property and security documentsConducting searches and due diligenceLiaising with clients, lenders and other partiesPreparing reports on title and financial statementsCompleting SDLT/LTT submissions and post-completion workHandling transactions from instruction through to completion There is scope for you to develop your own client base and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
