This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and who is confident managing their own caseload independently.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:
WillsLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)General private client mattersConducting client meetings and taking instructionsDrafting and progressing files from instruction through to completionLiaising with clients in a professional and empathetic mannerMaintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for someone who:
Has previous experience managing their own caseload of Wills and LPAsIs capable of working independently with minimal supervisionPossesses strong client care and communication skillsIs organised, efficient, and detail-orientedEnjoys working as part of a small, close-knit teamHas experience within a solicitors’ practice or professional will writing environment A legal qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with relevant practical experience.
