Getting them live and making Plato part of their daily work turns a pilot into a long-term partnership. That's your job.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">In this role you will:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Own a portfolio of customers, from onboarding to long-term partnership.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Lead onboardings and trainings with sales teams at our customers.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Track customer health, act early, and spot expansion potential for Sales.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Work with Sales, Solution Engineering and Product, and bring customer feedback straight back into product.</li></ul> Your qualifications <ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in customer success, account management or consulting.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">You enjoy working with customers and can explain things so they click.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">You're structured, reliable and curious about AI and technology.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Native German, fluent English, based in Berlin.</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Your own customers from day one.
