Your responsibilities <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Not an internship from the sidelines. You work with real customers from day one and learn how AI software actually gets adopted.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Everyone talks about AI. Few people know how to make it work inside a real company. Our customers are mid-market distributors, many of them using AI software for the first time, and you'll help them get there.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">In this role you will:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Support onboarding and pilots of new customers, from kickoff to go-live.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Run trainings and check-ins with sales teams at our customers.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Track adoption, spot accounts that need help and act on it.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Build guides that make onboarding faster, and feed what you learn back into product.</li></ul> Your qualifications <ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">You're currently studying or just graduated, in business, economics, engineering or similar.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">You enjoy working with people and explaining things so they click.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">You're structured, reliable and curious about AI.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Excellent German and English, based in Berlin.</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Real customers from day one.
