Protection Adviser - Join Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB)
Location: Bude, Cornwall Full-time Self-Employed Commission splits of 40–50%, to be discussed and agreed

Are you passionate about helping people protect what matters most? We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Protection Adviser to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide expert advice on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and family income benefit.Work closely with Mortgage Advisers and clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored protection solutions.Review protection needs across the existing client bank, with appointments booked by MAB.Ensure all advice is compliant and in line with MAB’s high standards.Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and trust. Commission splits of 40–50%, with the package discussed and agreed based on your experience.Access to a large existing client bank as the initial lead source, with potential for new business opportunities.Appointment booking support from MAB and administrative support if needed.Hybrid working, with weekly or fortnightly office visits to stay connected with the team.The opportunity to join an established team of 10 under the Mortgage Advice Bureau brand. What we’re looking for: Experience as a protection-only adviser; this role is not suitable for academy applicants.Excellent knowledge of protection products and a commitment to doing the right thing for clients.Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.A collaborative approach and a strong fit with the team.Based in the South West, within commuting distance of Bude, Cornwall, for weekly or fortnightly office visits.
