Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: Deep technical fluency across Data & AI, APIs, identity, security, and modern cloud platforms, with the ability to hold technical conversations with architects and engineers while owning product direction.Experience operating at the intersection of product management and technical enablement, with roadmap ownership and prioritisation authority.Ability to turn complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling product stories for builders and customers.Strong systems thinking, including the ability to assess the wider effects of platform decisions across a product portfolio.Bias to action, strong ownership, and ability to drive progress without waiting for perfect consensus.Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, data, security, marketing, and commercial teams, supported by technical credibility and commercial awareness.Legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. Responsibilities: Own our platforms technical vision, strategy, product management, and multi-year roadmap, including the evolution of core services, Data & AI foundations, integrations, security, and developer experience.Define and prioritise the platform capability backlog with engineering and architecture, balancing foundational investment, customer needs, and vertical acceleration.Translate platform architecture into product surfaces, APIs, SDKs, and self-service experiences for customers and internal product teams.Own platform success metrics, including adoption, engagement, builder time-to-value, reliability and SLA impact, and contribution to vertical revenue and AI data consumption.Lead product decisions that span multiple teams, including decisions involving data models, identity, compliance controls, AI runtime, and integration patterns.Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data teams on platform governance, privacy, and regulatory readiness, particularly for regulated industries.Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to turn technical capabilities into battlecards, demos, case studies, and field narratives.Coach other Product Managers on using platform capabilities effectively and avoiding duplicated platform work within vertical teams.Define the platform product contract, including what is guaranteed, what is self-service, what requires engagement, and how vertical teams can request or extend capabilities.Represent our platform in cross-company forums, including architecture reviews, investment prioritisation, and customer advisory boards, and incorporate customer and field insight into platform decisions.Work closely with Platform Engineering, Data, Security, Architecture, Principal PMs, IX, and Technical Marketing teams.
