Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in Availability Management, Service Management, or Service Performance within complex IT environmentsStrong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery modelsAbility to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability ManagementExperience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies Responsibilities: Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirementsMonitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementDrive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilienceWork with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actionsManage availability governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions Technologies: ITSM More:
