Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: Experience as a Service Designer within digital transformation or change programmes.Strong understanding of user-centred and service design principles.Experience creating service blueprints, customer journeys, and process maps.Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.Experience working within Agile delivery teams.Public sector experience, including Central Government, Local Government, NHS, or Arms Length Bodies.Knowledge of GDS standards and service assessment processes.Experience working on citizen-facing digital services.Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Mural, Figma, Visio, or Lucidchart.Candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance and may be required to undergo SC clearance depending on client requirements. Responsibilities: Design and improve end-to-end services across digital and non-digital channels.Map user journeys and develop service blueprints.Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions with stakeholders.Use user research and service insights to identify opportunities for improvement.Work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practice.Support projects through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
