Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and handle unexpected challenges.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is a strong plus.An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.Advise customers and help drive their AI strategies.Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents.Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent development projects.Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the agent development lifecycle.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and build strong relationships.Contribute data-driven strategic insights to customer and internal team decisions.
