Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in product development for highly technical products.Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above Senior Product Manager level.Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives.Ability to communicate highly technical concepts, including recent AI developments, to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.AI-related experience is preferred; product development experience for AI agents is a plus.Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.An MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus.Experience in roles that interface with end customers to influence software development is a plus. Responsibilities: Partner directly with our engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.Engage with customers at all levels of their businesses to discover and assess their requirements.Prepare and present demonstrations of our agents.Address technical challenges in customers business processes by working with their technical counterparts.Develop and improve our virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers needs and business processes.Become a trusted advisor to customers and drive strategic technical strategies for them.Work with our engineering and product development teams to scope and implement features essential to our customers success.
