Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers, understanding their businesses and needs, navigating complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.Clear, direct, and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, identify risks early, and adapt to changing circumstances.Technical aptitude, including comfort reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in design discussions.A track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects and driving them to outcomes.Preferred: Experience building or deploying AI or LLM agents in production, including hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, or prompt engineering, and working closely with technical counterparts.Preferred: Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator, balancing craft, ownership, and speed.Preferred: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business is also valued. Responsibilities: Own the agent development lifecycle, taking agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production.Translate customers business goals into effective agents, and continually improve agent performance and real-world outcomes.Advise enterprise leaders by understanding their business goals and shaping AI strategies to achieve them.Partner with customers working teams, lead working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions that keep development on track for launch.Surface unmet customer needs and share them with research and platform teams to help shape our product direction.Scope and launch agents for use cases such as customer retention, device troubleshooting, product recommendations, and complex regulated interactions.Partner with product teams and customers to develop new capabilities, agent architectures, and self-service tooling.Define agent evaluation methods and quality standards, then use metrics to drive measurable improvements.
