Requirements: Proven experience leading products end to end at a senior levelStrong background in data products, data platforms or Data as a Service (DaaS)Good understanding of APIs, data services and interoperability standards such as FHIRKnowledge of data governance, data quality, UK GDPR and Caldicott principlesExperience in user research, requirements gathering and prioritisationFamiliarity with health technology or other regulated environmentsStrong AI literacy, including prompt engineering, evaluating outputs and responsible AI deliveryExperience of data platform growth, healthcare data standards and commercial models for data services is advantageousLegal right to work in the UK at the time of application Responsibilities: Own the roadmap and delivery for IQ Healths DaaS capabilities, treating data as governed, reusable productsDefine the DaaS product model, including available data products, API and service access, and use by internal teams and external customersOwn data access, interoperability and standards, working towards consistent, standards-based data exchange such as FHIROwn data governance, quality and safe use for DaaS in a health context, working with clinical and information governance colleaguesShape the commercial model for data services and connect capabilities to value and FY27 product-gated bookingsOwn common services and modernised workflows alongside DaaS, ensuring they reinforce the same foundationConduct discovery and hands-on user research with teams and customers to validate demand before buildingWrite clear requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted deliveryDesign and evaluate AI-enabled features responsibly, including safe and governed AI use of DaaS as a data sourcePrioritise using objective data on usage, value and risk, and contribute to commercial planning and bookings Technologies: AIAPIProduct ManagerEmbeddedSupport More:
