Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalentProven experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist, deploying models in production at scale, including monitoring, alerting, automatic bug filing, and auditingExperience applying theoretical foundations of computer science, including computer system architecture, system engineering, and programmingHands-on experience in distributed computing systems and architecture, including big data, high-performance compute, engineering simulations, scientific compute, grid and cloud computing, and distributed networksExperience building and deploying AI/ML-based software to a cloud environmentProficiency in Python and Python-based AI/ML frameworks, with familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorchExperience working with language models and LLM APIs, and optimizing their usage for specific applicationsExperience with programming languages including Python, C++, Java, R, and SQLStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong client-facing skills in a consulting environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work with internal and client-side teamsEntrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and passion for emerging technology and driving innovationMS or PhD in a related field preferred, such as computer science or engineering Responsibilities: Design, build, and operationalize artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for enterprise clientsAssess client needs and data, and select and customize models including Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language ModelsDesign scalable data and DevOps/MLOps pipelines for training and productionEnsure quality, value, and reliability of deployed systemsFormulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning solutionsDevelop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and computational systemsDesign and build scalable data pipelines to support model training and production with DevOps and MLOpsCustomize and apply Deep Learning and Gen AI models for different use cases based on business needs, data availability, system, and infrastructure requirements, including edge devices and HPCEngage in research and development of new AI and high-performance compute algorithms, models, and simulations and their applications to solve complex business problems at client sitesWork with large-scale datasets and use data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for training and productionImplement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms for models and knowledge using appropriate toolsJustify the value of model approaches in business problemsCollaborate with business and technical teams, including users, use case representatives, business owners, engineers, architects, and UI designers, to achieve end-to-end project goals and integrate into production Technologies: AIBig DataCloudDevOpsSupportJavaLLMMachine LearningMLOpsModel TrainingPyTorchPythonSQLTensorFlowUX UI Design More:
