Salary: £59,988 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience working as a Debugger, Software Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar technical role.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience using debugging tools and development environments.Understanding of software development lifecycles.Ability to read and understand code.Experience investigating software defects and technical issues.Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams.Technical skills desirable:Programming languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, C++.Experience with Visual Studio Debugger, IntelliJ IDEA Debugging Tools, Git / GitHub, Jira, SQL troubleshooting, API testing tools, and log analysis tools.Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Key competencies: problem solving, root cause analysis, attention to detail, logical thinking, collaboration, time management, and technical documentation. Responsibilities: Investigate, reproduce, and resolve software defects and system issues.Analyse error logs, crash reports, and debugging information.Work closely with developers to identify root causes and implement fixes.Perform code-level debugging and troubleshooting.Support testing teams by investigating failed test cases.Document bugs, fixes, and technical solutions.Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.Assist with software releases and deployment troubleshooting.Improve debugging processes and development workflows.
