Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in architecture, PMO, service management, or a similar support functionStrong organisational and coordination skillsExperience working with tools such as Orbus Infinity, CMDB, or similar repositoriesExperience producing MI and dashboards using Power BI or equivalent reporting toolsHigh attention to detail and strong data management capabilityAbility to work across multiple teams and stakeholdersStrong communication and follow-up disciplineOnsite a minimum of 2 days per week in our Durrington office Responsibilities: Coordinate our architecture governance forums, including agendas, scheduling, materials, and minutesTrack decisions, actions, and outcomes from governance forumsPerform first-line assurance checks to ensure governance artefacts are complete, consistent, and accessible, escalating exceptions where requiredMaintain our architecture repository and ensure the completeness and accuracy of applications, integrations, and relationshipsManage onboarding and updates of architecture artefacts, assuring completeness and consistency before publicationEnsure alignment between architecture data, CMDB, and other enterprise data sourcesInvestigate data inconsistencies across tools and teams and coordinate remediation with data owners and tool administratorsImplement routine data-quality controls and track remediation to closureProduce regular reporting on architecture metrics, highlighting trends, exceptions, and data-quality issues for governance forumsDefine and maintain standard metric definitions and data rules to support consistent reporting and decision-makingDevelop and maintain architecture MI dashboards and reports, including defined measures, data refresh routines, and stakeholder-ready visualisationsSupport the definition, adoption, and continuous improvement of our architecture processes, templates, and ways of workingIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsMaintain and prioritise a rolling backlog of repository improvements, reporting requirements, and data fixesHelp embed consistent ways of working across our architecture teamTrack architecture deliverables and commitmentsSupport preparation of materials for governance and stakeholder engagementProvide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of our architecture function Technologies: CMDBSupportPower BIArchitect More:
