Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlinesAttention to detail; accuracy is vitalGood problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills working with teams in a multicultural environmentGood personal organisation, with the ability to set priorities and monitor processAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a retail environmentTenacious and resilient in the face of strong opinionsMS Office, MS SharePoint and MS Teams experienceAdvantageous: Product Information Management (PIM) systems and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems experience Responsibilities: Take full accountability for our Packaging data compliance process and deliver against newly established KPIsEnsure our own exclusive brands (OEB) product description data and assets are acquired, translated and communicated within agreed deadlines across the Kingfisher GroupRepresent product description data in project meetings with category teams, providing updates on current data status against CPA and raising concerns and risks as neededWork with vendors to collect data and ensure it is available for all channels within agreed deadlinesSupport the end-to-end product description data collection process, including range team data pre-populationSupport vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIMEnsure vendors achieve agreed collection SLA through PIM and Vendor PortalValidate data against data model principles and support range team data validation for accuracySend data to translation and support with queriesDeliver validated and translated product description data, packaging data and assets in line with the CPA and agreed briefEscalate and communicate risks and potential mitigations affecting range change as requiredBecome fully competent in the use of PIM and Vendor PortalWork closely with the Change Control and PIM Development teamsCollaborate effectively with stakeholders and third-party organisations to reach agreed outcomes Technologies: SupportMS TeamsSharePointE2E More:
