Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience administering and configuring Bentley ProjectWiseStrong understanding of metadata and document attributes, folder structures and naming conventions, security permissions, and workflow configuration and administrationExperience supporting information management and Common Data Environments (CDEs)Understanding of engineering software ecosystems and interoperabilityExperience managing software licences, subscriptions, and vendor relationshipsKnowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles and data workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience producing documentation, user guidance, and delivering end-user supportDesirable: Bentley ProjectWise certification or formal administration trainingDesirable: Experience supporting ProjectWise upgrades, migrations, and implementationsDesirable: Familiarity with Bentley digital delivery solutions, including iTwin technologies, Infrastructure Cloud Deliverables Management, and iModelsDesirable: Experience supporting Autodesk, ESRI, Trimble, or similar engineering applicationsDesirable: Understanding of software procurement and licence compliance processesDesirable: PowerShell scripting or process automation experienceDesirable: Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, or CELDesirable: Experience working within engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or construction sectors Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and support Bentley ProjectWise and other business-critical applicationsManage ProjectWise metadata, workflows, permissions, document structures, and configuration settingsProvide technical support and guidance to project teams, business users, and external stakeholdersTroubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, working with vendors, IT teams, and third-party providersSupport software integrations and information exchanges between internal and client systemsDevelop and improve workflows, automation processes, and application configurationsProduce user guides, training materials, and best practice documentationSupport software licence management, compliance, and optimisation activitiesAssist with application upgrades, migrations, testing, and implementation projectsMonitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality to identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with Information Management, Compliance, IT, and Digital teams to support continuous improvement initiatives Technologies: CloudSupportPowerShellSQLSecurityDevOps More:
