Ramen to Biiru – Make your mark on the Japanese Food Scene in Copenhagen! At Ramen to Biiru, we want to inspire and excite the food scene in Copenhagen! You’ll be part of creating a fun, inspiring, and adventurous Japanese street food experience for every guest. Are you ready to join the Ramen adventure? Join the Ramen team! We’re looking for new team members to join our Ramen to Biiru locations across Copenhagen — both full-time and part-time positions are available. We’re currently hiring for all our restaurants located in Vesterbro, Østerbro, Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, and Copenhagen Airport. You’ll be part of an easy-going environment where respect and teamwork are at the core of everything we do. What you’ll be doing At Ramen, you’ll be trained in both front of house and back of house procedures. You’ll gain hands-on experience with authentic ramen recipes and ingredients that define a true Ramen to Biiru experience. You’ll also contribute to creating a positive and collaborative culture at your location. Your tasks could include: Opening and closing procedures Making ramen Serving ramen and beer Delivering a friendly and attentive guest experience, while ensuring the restaurant is clean, welcoming, and ready for new guests arriving What we’re looking for We are looking for someone with the right personality, who is willing to learn new things and thrives in a busy environment. Prior retail or service experience is a plus but not required, as long as you are open to learning new things. We also ask for flexibility with working hours, as shifts may include evenings and weekends. A good command of English is required; Danish is a plus.
