Job Title: Production Associate $22-25/HR Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at a leading manufacturer of tile decking and rooftop patio products. Our high-quality porcelain stoneware is designed for residential and commercial applications, offering durability and resistance to frost, mold, rot, slip, and fade. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in operating manufacturing equipment, utilizing hand and power tools, finishing products, and reporting any equipment issues.Responsibilities
• Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely. • Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools, and automated equipment. • Set up manufacturing equipment for custom orders and designs. • Assemble and package products ensuring quality control. • Read and understand work orders and shipping orders. • Perform light fabrication tasks such as drilling, measuring, cutting, and sawing for product sub-assembly. • Use adhesive machines to bond tile and substrate materials. • Pull inventory to fill orders and construct crates for outgoing shipments. • Complete some paperwork for shipping and receiving processes. Essential Skills
• Strong proficiency in hand and power tool usage. • Experience in assembly and machine operation. • Ability to perform quality control of production. • Basic blueprint reading skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
