General Laborer (Part-Time) Job Description We are currently hiring Part-Time General Laborers to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working on a production line performing cleaning, packaging, quality inspections, and general labor duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This position is scheduled on Sundays only and is ideal for individuals seeking consistent part-time work in an industrial setting. Responsibilities
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout production and warehouse areas. • Package products according to company standards and production requirements. • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality. • Assist with material handling and production support tasks. • Lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs. • Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift. • Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. • Support general warehouse and production activities as required. Required Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. • Previous industrial experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or a similar environment. • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness standards. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments. • Previous production, packaging, or quality control experience. • Experience working in refrigerated or temperature-controlled environments. • Flexibility to work different shifts. • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution facilities. Work Environment
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment. • Temperature-controlled facility, including refrigerated areas ranging from approximately 1°C to 4°C and occasional freezer areas. • Physically active role involving standing, lifting, cleaning, and repetitive tasks. • Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, quality, and productivity. • PPE required, including steel-toe footwear and appropriate clothing for cooler temperatures.
