Job Title: Service Technician up to $25/hr We're looking for a Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll handle a variety of building repairs, maintenance, and installation projects. If you have experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or general maintenance and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
• Inspect buildings and identify repair or maintenance needs • Perform carpentry, framing, flooring, painting, and general repair work • Assist with new construction and installation projects • Read and follow floor plans, drawings, and project instructions • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively • Complete building repairs and basic mechanical work • Work with team members to complete projects on schedule • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For
• Experience in construction, remodeling, building maintenance, or a related field • Strong carpentry and framing skills • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability • Ability to read floor plans and follow project specifications • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools • Experience with painting, flooring, and general building repairs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Nice to Have

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
