Installation SpecialistJob OverviewSafely deliver and install granite monuments at cemeteries throughout the region. This hands-on role includes driving, site prep, equipment operation, concrete work, and monument setting. Ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, physical labor, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities
• Transport monuments using company trucks and trailers • Prepare sites, pour foundations, and install monuments • Operate cranes, hoists, rigging equipment, and hand tools • Ensure monuments are level, secure, and properly aligned • Complete site cleanup and installation documentation • Travel throughout ND, SD, and MN with occasional overnight stays • Assist with shop work and equipment maintenance as needed Qualifications
• Construction, concrete, landscaping, masonry, or related experience preferred • Ability to safely operate tools and equipment • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Standard Health, Dental, Vision, 401k plans.
