General Production Worker – Start Immediately Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hourSchedule: 12-hour rotating shiftsWeekly PayImmediate Start AvailableWe are currently hiring General Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves operating production equipment, handling plastic film rolls, packaging finished products, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in operating one of three blown film production lines in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. • Operate and assist with equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into smaller rolls according to customer specifications. • Safely use a shaft hoist to lift, position, and move rolls of plastic film. • Perform core loading duties, including properly taping, tagging, and preparing cores for production. • Lift, move, and position plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. • Package, label, box, and palletize finished rolls according to customer requirements and company standards. • Replace trims and perform barrel or container changes as needed during production. • Load and handle 50-pound plastic rolls as a regular part of daily responsibilities. • Change cutting knives on production equipment as needed while following established safety procedures. • Package rolls after they have been indexed from one core to another and monitor automated indexing equipment. • Inspect finished rolls for splices, defects, changes, or other quality concerns. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while working closely with the production team. Pay & Schedule: Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hourPay Frequency: WeeklyShift Length: 12-hour shiftsDay Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Rotating Schedule: This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, alternating between 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks.
• Work Monday & Tuesday • Off Wednesday & Thursday • Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday • Off Monday & Tuesday • Work Wednesday & Thursday • Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday • Schedule then repeats This rotating schedule provides employees with regular 3-day weekends while still offering full-time hours. What We’re Looking For:
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment. • Able to consistently lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. • Dependable and able to work scheduled 12-hour shifts. • Strong attention to quality, safety, and production requirements. • Willing to learn production machinery and manufacturing processes. • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
