ā¢ 1st Shift, 6:00 AM ā 2:00 PM ā¢ 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm ā¢ 3rd shift, 10:00pm - 6:00am š§ What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating high-speed manufacturing equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery ā¢ Load and unload materials onto equipment ā¢ Verify materials meet production specifications ā¢ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues ā¢ Perform quality inspections and required measurements ā¢ Package and label finished products ā¢ Transfer materials to pallets, skids, and storage areas ā¢ Maintain accurate production records and documentation ā¢ Assist with inventory tracking and material usage reports ā¢ Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized ā¢ Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards ā What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of Machine Operator experience ā¢ At least 2 years of experience operating high-speed production equipment ā¢ Ability to read work orders and production documents ā¢ Basic math skills ā¢ Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures ā¢ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities ā¢ Ability to complete production paperwork accurately ā¢ Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance Preferred Qualifications: ā Manufacturing or converting industry experienceā Experience working independently in production environmentsā Strong organizational skills and attention to detailā Ability to maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment
