Responsibilities • Stack materials onto conveyor in a safe and efficient manner. • Maintain the general upkeep of the production floor. • Ensure products are processed correctly through the machine. • Observe other operators and cross-train for potential advancement. • Perform repetitive tasks and basic mathematical calculations as needed. Essential Skills • Experience in operating and loading production equipment. • Ability to perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment. • Proven loyalty to previous employers through references and job tenure. • Experience working on feet for extended periods (8-12 hours). • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to long shifts. Work EnvironmentWork in a large, team-oriented manufacturing facility that is not temperature regulated. Safety is a primary focus. The schedule requires flexibility, with training for one month on day shifts before transitioning to a rotating schedule. Expect 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night schedules (7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM), with a pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALBUQUERQUE, NM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
