About Our Opportunity
Under the supervision of the Senior Property Mapper, you maintain, and upgrade property mapping using information from the Registry (title documents and plans of survey or subdivision).
Primary Accountabilities
• Maintaining and revising property boundaries (as described in parcel descriptions and survey plans) and the Land Information Network (LIN-NS) database by interpreting and verifying property ownership information (from documents affecting title/ownership). • Maintaining Land Registration documents pertaining to subdivision/consolidation plans and instruments of subdivision, creating the required relations between new and existing PIDs. • Reviewing parcel descriptions (PDCA), verifying mapping graphics, and creating new parcel
