About Our Opportunity
The Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) sector is continuing to grow and mature as part of Nova Scotia's publicly funded child care system. This transformation has increased the scale, complexity, and visibility of educator-facing services, including educator classification, professional development validation, bursary administration, workforce supports, and digital service delivery.
