Are you a high school student who enjoys working with your hands, being outdoors, and creating something you can be proud of? Our Youth Apprenticeship Program gives you the chance to earn a paycheck, gain valuable hands-on experience, and explore a rewarding career before graduation.
As part of our Field Crew, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who will teach you real construction skills that you can use for years to come. You'll help form and pour concrete, assist with framing and building projects, and see firsthand how a job site transforms from the ground up.
No experience? That's okay! We're looking for dependable students who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and ready to be part of a team. If you bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This isn't just a part-time job. It's a chance to discover a career path in the skilled trades. After completing the program, you may have opportunities to continue your career in roles such as:
