What You'll Do:
• Construct agricultural and commercial buildings throughout Wisconsin
• Use hand and power tools to bring projects from the ground up
• Work alongside experienced team members who are committed to teaching and mentoring
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient jobsites
• Solve challenges, learn new skills, and take pride in building something that lasts
What We're Looking For:
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable team player who values safety and communication
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
