We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator who is ready to roll up their sleeves, tackle exciting challenges, and become part of a team that values hard work, quality, and innovation. What You'll Do:
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on a variety of fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans
• Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
• Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions
• Work alongside a skilled team to solve problems and deliver exceptional results
• Travel to jobsites as needed for installation, repairs, and field fabrication
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
