About this role
We?re looking for a reliable, motivated line cook to join our kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients, takes pride in consistency, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You?ll primarily be responsible for executing proteins, pastas, and side dishes during service while supporting the rest of the kitchen as needed.
Position Details
* Part-time * Roughly 2 shifts per week to start * Shifts are approximately 1:00 PM ? 11:00 PM * Opportunity for additional hours may be available as business needs grow
Responsibilities
* Prepare and execute proteins, pasta dishes, and side stations to a high standard * Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout service * Complete daily prep and station setup * Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards * Keep your station organized, clean, and service-ready * Assist other stations and team members when needed * Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
* Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen * Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen organization * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Dependable, punctual, and team-focused * Willingness to learn and support all areas of the kitchen
