Senior Physiotherapist - MSK, Aquatic & Orthopaedics

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Therapies team at The London Clinic.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Band 6-equivalent Physiotherapist looking to further develop in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, working across outpatients, aquatic therapy, and orthopaedic inpatient services.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, managing a varied and complex caseload, and contributing to the ongoing development of our physiotherapy services.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditionsManage a busy outpatient caseload, alongside supporting inpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy servicesDevelop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needsUse advanced clinical reasoning and hands-on therapy skills to optimise patient outcomesMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as requiredWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with consultants and colleagues to ensure joined-up careMaintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation in line with professional standardsSupport the development of junior staff and students through teaching and supervisionContribute to service development, audit and quality improvement initiativesParticipate in the orthopaedic inpatient rota and aquatic therapy service, with some weekend working as required
What we're looking for Essential:
BSc (Hons) in PhysiotherapyHCPC registrationProven experience working at Band 6 level within MSK outpatient physiotherapyStrong experience managing a diverse MSK caseloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approachAbility to demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and manual therapy skillsEvidence of continued professional development (CPD)Strong organisational and time management skills Desirable: Experience within aquatic (hydrotherapy) servicesExperience in an orthopaedic inpatient settingPostgraduate training in aquatic therapyPrevious NHS or private healthcare experience
