About this role
– supporting customers with technical questions related to hosting infrastructure; – working with Linux servers and basic system administration tasks; – using terminal tools to troubleshoot system and network issues; – investigating alerts from hardware and infrastructure monitoring systems; – diagnosing common problems with operating systems, services, disks, memory and connectivity; – collecting logs and technical details for further analysis; – working with cloud and server management technologies; – communicating findings clearly in support tickets and e-mails; – cooperating with senior engineers on more complicated cases; – maintaining attention to detail in all technical and customer-facing work.
