Managing a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing maintenance, tenancy issues and day-to-day property managementProcessing daily rental payments, monitoring rent accounts and resolving payment discrepancies or arrearsMaintaining accurate financial records and providing landlords with clear rental statements and updatesApplying a good understanding of landlord taxation requirements and responding to relevant financial queries within the scope of the roleCoordinating repairs, maintenance works, inspections and compliance requirements, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenantsSupporting tenancy renewals, resolving complex property management issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience in residential property management, ideally at Senior Property Manager levelHands-on experience processing daily rents and reconciling rental accountsGood understanding of landlord taxation, including rental income and allowable expensesStrong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and property management complianceExcellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractorsHighly organised with strong financial administration and attention to detailConfident managing a busy portfolio, prioritising workloads and resolving problems independentlyProfessional, proactive and committed to delivering excellent customer service Is this the role for you?
