You'll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings, progress applications and support the lettings process through to move-in. The role also includes property inspections and offers the opportunity to develop your career with full training and ongoing professional support.

Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable propertiesArrange and conduct property viewingsProgress applications and referencing through to move-inLiaise with landlords, tenants and other parties throughout the lettings processCarry out property inspections and provide feedback where requiredGenerate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing roleSenior-level lettings experience for candidates applying at Senior Negotiator levelExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using IT systems and property softwareProactive, positive and customer-focused approachGenuine can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a teamFull UK driving licence and access to a car Is this the role for you?
