Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running and development of the sales teamGenerate valuation opportunities and win new property instructionsConduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuationsBuild relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clientsFollow up enquiries, leads and valuation opportunities to maximise conversionWork towards individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)
At least five years' experience within the residential estate agency sectorProven experience winning listings and generating new businessStrong knowledge of property valuations and the sales processPrevious experience supporting or mentoring colleagues would be advantageousTarget-driven with a proven ability to achieve resultsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, proactive and able to manage competing prioritiesProfessional presentation with a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service Is this the role for you?
