Registering, qualifying and matching buyers to suitable propertiesConducting property viewings and obtaining detailed feedback from prospective purchasersNegotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful salesProactively following up applicants and generating opportunities to secure further businessProgressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellersMaintaining accurate records, keeping clients updated and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Sales Negotiator levelA proven ability to negotiate offers and convert enquiries into salesStrong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsA professional, confident and personable approach to client relationshipsGood knowledge of the local property market or the ability to develop this quicklyA proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve individual and team targetsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workloadA full UK driving licence and access to a car Is this the role for you?
