Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful completionConducting viewings and following up applicants to maximise conversion and agreed letsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants and applicantsNegotiating offers and closing deals to achieve individual and branch targetsGenerating new business and identifying opportunities to increase the lettings portfolioSupporting the wider branch team while contributing positively towards branch performance and customer service standards What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience within residential lettings is essentialStrong sales and negotiation ability with a proven ability to closeExperience in listing and valuing properties would be beneficialExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerSmart, articulate, well presented and commercially mindedKnowledge of Plumstead, SE18 and the surrounding areas would be advantageousFull UK driving licence essential with own car preferred Is this the role for you?
