This is a varied role for an organised and dependable Property Manager with previous residential property management experience.
You will oversee inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to finishConducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspectionsDealing efficiently with landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationshipsCoordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors, ensuring issues are followed through to completionManaging tenancy administration, renewals, compliance and associated paperwork accuratelyEnsuring properties and tenancies are managed professionally and in line with current legislation What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
