The successful candidate will have some previous experience within either sales and / or lettings and a genuine interest in developing their estate agency career. Working across both departments, you will handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build strong client relationships while working towards personal and branch targets.

Handling sales and lettings enquiries and converting opportunities into businessConducting property viewings and providing professional follow-up to applicants and clientsNegotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenantsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, applicants and local contactsAssisting with property marketing, listings and general branch activityWorking towards and exceeding personal and branch targets while maintaining high levels of customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous estate agency experience within sales or lettings preferredStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsConfident, professional and customer-focused approachHighly motivated, proactive and target-drivenPositive attitude with a genuine desire to develop a career in estate agencySmart and professional presentation with a strong work ethicGood knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding areas desirableFull UK driving licence essential, with own car preferred Is this the role for you?
