An established, nationally recognised law firm is expanding its Rural & Agricultural Property team in Devon and is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
This opportunity offers exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, working on complex, high-value residential and rural property transactions across the South West and London.

Manage a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and transfersHandle rural and agricultural property transactions, including estates and landAdvise on property finance, secured lending and portfolio mattersWork on transactions across Devon, the South West, London and wider UK marketsSupport business development and client relationship management Candidate Requirements
