Alongside managing reception and appointments, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of care and attention. This would suit someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys building rapport, and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Include: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.Managing appointments, bookings and diary schedules.Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries.Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.Processing payments and assisting with client documentation where required.Ensuring reception and client-facing areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a seamless client experience. We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have: Previous Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Customer Service experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A professional, approachable and service-led manner.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.A proactive mindset and positive attitude.An interest in health, wellness, health, and client-focused environments would be advantageous.
