A minimum of 1 year's experience in Valuations is required.
A multi-branch, highly reviewed estate agency is looking for professional and motivated Valuer.
The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. An ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to become a further your career as a Valuer with one of the leading Estate Agents.
Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:
Conducting valuationsSelling Professional PhotographyPutting properties on and updating the CRM systemCreating write-upsCreation of system to follow up on previous valuations Skills & Experience for this Valuer role:
12+ months Estate Agency experience requiredPresentable & confident when meeting new clientsConfident in front of a camera to record property videosCreating new leadsAbility to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals Supplemental pay types:

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm,Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
