We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our organization in Singapore. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee complex, high-impact projects while driving organizational success through strategic planning, decisive execution, and exceptional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholder relationships, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks proactivelyManage stakeholder communications and expectations across all project phases, providing regular status updates and strategic recommendationsDirect cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and excellenceMonitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget adherenceMentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and building organizational capabilityIdentify process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies and toolsManage project scope, changes, and conflicts with a focus on maintaining project integrity and stakeholder satisfactionPrepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipEnsure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management capacityDemonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2Proven expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost controlStrong risk management and mitigation capabilities with experience identifying and resolving project challengesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levelsProficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated leadership capability with experience building and motivating high-performing teamsStrategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align projects to organizational goalsPreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certificationPreferred: Experience managing projects in multiple industries or international project environmentsPreferred: Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
