Our client, a world-renown US Law Firm is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join their London office on a full-time basis, and an initial 2-year contract where you will complete a Business Apprenticeship alongside full-time work.
This is a rare and sought-after opportunity to join a world-leading Law Firm as part of their internal HR function in the London office as a Junior HR Administrator, working closely with the wider team to support the onboarding of new staff and the smooth-running of the Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will have a keen and genuine interest in HR, and ideally have some form of Administration experience they can build on, although candidates with no experience will also be strongly considered, provided you can demonstrate a keen interest in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes of staff, including arrangement of new joiner paperwork and coordination of exit interviewsCarry out background checks and onboarding work for new staff membersEnsure all personnel files are maintained accurately and correctlyMonitor the internal HR inboxOversee internal systems and databases, ensuring all data is updated accuratelyAct as the first point of contact for any employee queries, resolving or escalating when necessarySchedule interviews for candidatesSupport with all ad-hoc HR documentation when necessary Key Experience:
A Level / Degree-educatedExcellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues of all levels, both written and verbalPrevious administration experience or any exposure to HR duties would be highly-advantageousGenuine interest and keenness in a role within HR, with ambition to progress as an HR AdministratorUnderstanding or interest in the Legal fieldAble to maintain a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail in your workComputer literate, able to learn new systems with ease This is an exceptionally rare opportunity for a Junior HR Administrator to join a thriving US Law Firm who are leading the way in their field, with a fantastic reputation across the globe.
